Return & Exchange Policy

We urge you to follow our size guide before purchasing, but in case your garment ordered does not fit, you can exchange it for another size within 7 days from receiving it. The size and colour are subject to stock availability.

How to Return

To organise an exchange or refund, please write to us within 24 hours of initial delivery at info@eucalypta.co.za for our assistance and we will provide instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

Exchanges

If the smaller or bigger size is not available, it can be exchanged for other item/s available on the online shop of the same value or above. If the new item/s are of higher value of the one returned, the client will have to remunerate for the difference.

Please note in case of an exchange, the shipping cost to your location will be payable before the exchanged item gets dispatched.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a defect, we can arrange a refund. The refund amount will be for the cost of the item only. The initial shipping fee will be deducted and the client will also be liable for the cost of returning the product via our preferred trustworthy courier company.

Once it has been received, we will check for defects first before processing your refund. Depending on where you bank, the amount will take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that linen fabric gets made from natural fibres which gives it an uneven woven look. This does not count as defects, but is merely the nature of this lovely fabric.

Custom or special order items will not be eligible for return or refund.
