Shipping policy

A shipping fee will incur for orders below R1500 in total and it can range between R99-R245 for standard door-to-door courier delivery depending on your shipping destination. 

Free shipping on all orders above the value of R1500.

Once order and payment has been received, we aim to ship out your goods within 1-2 working days.

You should receive tracking details once your parcel has been collected by the courier company.

Courier delivery to main centres mostly takes place within 2 to 3 business days after collection, but it can take up to 5 working days. For outlying areas it might take even longer. In some instances delivery might be delayed given circumstances out of reach.

Be sure to provide a delivery address where the contact person will be available, as well for a reachable contact number.

Optional PEP PAXI store-store delivery is also available at the cost of R60, with a lead time of 7-9 business days.
